Description:
HorrorWood Productions, LLC. in association with K-phat Productions has slated for production a new independent Psycho Thriller/horror movie.
This is an Independent Production Please refer to the SAG Indie web site (low-budget 1.5 million) for scale information as well as contract questions. Non-SAG actors will not be offered SAG scale rates but will use a variation of the same contract and a negotiated rate.
The story revolves around a family run coffee shop and the amazing flavors they create with secret ingredients. And well the rest of the story it is just as secretive as the recipes.
Several genre specific stars have already been cast but we still need to finish casting for several other parts including a couple lead roles.
Pay is negotiable pending final budget, experience, union affiliation and role in the picture. We are also looking for several recurring extras and crew.
Our goal is to create a movie with a new approach and method within the horror genre that is non-traditional from the Hollywood film process but is drastically needed in todays business and entertainment environment, based on changing technology and consumer demand. HorrorWood has already launched an important and strategical grass roots marketing and promotional campaign to create a consumer buzz, loyal customer base and multi picture revenue streams for the film.

Casting for the world premiere staged concert reading of the new musical, "Rocket Boys", based on the best-selling book by Homer Hickam, about a young man's struggle to break free from his environment and reach for his mile-high dreams. Bulk of period set from 1957-1960. Music & Lyrics by Diana Belkowski & Dan Tramon; Direction by Carl Anthony Tramon; Stage Adaptation by Christopher Budinich. To be performed at Merrimack Hall in Huntsville, AL on May 24th and 25th, with limited rehearsals taking place during the preceding 2 weeks. Looking for experienced and excellent singer-actors with versatility and ability to take direction. Elsie: 40-55, warm but the years have hardened her, strong, smart touches of humor, maternal and protective, alto/mezzo.
Quentin: 16-23, brilliant, self-absorbed but charming, somewhat nerdy, a plethora of useless information, tenor.
